Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Thank you for using GradeCalculate. This Privacy Policy explains how GradeCalculate ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website located at https://gradecalculate.com (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect
- Account information: if you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image (when you sign in with Google), along with the settings you save.
- Subscription information: if you subscribe to GradeCalculate Pro, our payment processor handles your payment details. We do not store your card number; we keep a customer reference and your plan.
- Usage information: we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the Site is used, such as pages visited and features used. If you are signed in, this usage information is associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide and improve the Site, operate your account, process subscriptions to GradeCalculate Pro, provide support, and understand which features are useful. If you create an account, we also email you about it — for example, a welcome email when you sign up, and occasional tips and product updates. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link; sign-in links and receipts are still sent after you unsubscribe.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers (for payments, email, analytics, hosting, and customer support) that process information on our behalf and only to provide services to us. Advertising is covered in the next section.

4. Advertising
Free users of the Site see ads served by Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or https://www.aboutads.info. GradeCalculate Pro subscribers do not see ads.

5. Data Protection
We use secure servers and encryption methods to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at paul@gradecalculate.com, and we will promptly delete such information from our records.

7. Updates to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at paul@gradecalculate.com.
